Matt’s acceptance:
I completed this course to develop my teaching skills by improving my use of teaching resources and to help me more effectively meet learners needs in lessons. I can say now upon completing the course that I have significantly improved in the above areas.
I’ve learnt aspects about my teaching strengths and areas for improvement through observations, whilst also using the academic journals on the website to update my knowledge on social and political factors that impact education. I found this part of the course very interesting as I had little knowledge on this area prior to the course. I hope now to further progress my teaching skills by achieving my QTLS status whilst continuing to work at my FE College.
